Greetings visitors – now who ARE you?

June 28 2012 was the busiest day yet on the Cersys blog. More page-views in those 24 hours than we had in an entire month during the first five months of blogging.

Now the question – who ARE you people?

A tiny fraction of our visitors leave a comment, and even fewer click through to contact us or ask for a Quick Tip.  Unsurprisingly, that’s usually the ones with an urgent problem to solve………. The average number of page-visits per day is still climbing. We’ll pass the 20,000 visit milestone sometime during the next several days probably.

I’m new to HP/Autonomy technology (and DM) and I like the site. Great content. I took your poll. What I was looking for was a nice glossary of document management terms which include products within the Autonomy family. For example, early days, but I see iManage, FileSite, and WorkSite used somewhat interchangably. I understand there has been mergers and acquisitions of this product family to blur the lines. I’d love to see good definitions primarily for these three products and what differentiates them from each other. Great site…. I’ll be back to learn more.

Can just anyone join, or is this a private blog for clients only?

This information is free for anyone who wants to drop by. Of course, I would love to have all the visitors become actual CERSYS customers :)

In addition to this public information, our clients get access to a knowledge base of more detailed document management tips, test plans, and a wiki of their project-specific designs and setting documentation.

We don’t just consult about KM: we DO it.
